Your 3-Number Selling Plan is a free, informational analysis of your property, prepared using publicly available data and the answers you provide. The plan is presented as sourced estimate ranges, with the source printed on the plan for every figure.

The plan is not:

• a licensed real-estate appraisal;
• a guarantee of any sale price, offer, timeline, or outcome;
• an offer to provide brokerage services.

Sourtio is a lead generation service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed real estate agents in their area. Those agents are not employees of Sourtio; they operate under their own brokerages and are solely responsible for any real-estate advice or services they provide to you.

You are never obligated to hire, list with, or accept an offer from any agent introduced through Sourtio.

Sourtio and its partner agents support the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. All homeowners are welcome without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Sourtio will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “effective” date at the top of the page tells you when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
